Mediation is a financially wise way to resolve disputes, especially in family matters. The average retainer to hire an attorney is $3,500 to $5,000, on the low end, and as much as $15,000 on the high end. These retainer costs are not all inclusive and quickly escalate as attorneys advocate for their clients.
At Witte Mediation we offer a reasonable and affordable fee scale. In comparison to attorney retainer fees, a mediation retainer can be as little as $500 to $750. The entire cost for our mediation services is typically less than a low end retainer for an attorney. The hourly fee for in person (face to face) mediation is as economical as $200 per hour.
We also offer virtual mediation via Zoom. Virtual mediation is $400.00 Flat Fee for up to 3 hours of mediation services. All mediation services beyond 3 hours shall be charged at a discounted rate of $175.00 per hour.
